Introduction to Spiral Dynamics
20 years ago I was introduced to Spiral Dynamics integral by its founders, Don Beck, founder of Spiral Dynamics, and Ken Wilber, founder of Integral Theory. Since then many books, courses, and even versions of Spiral Dynamics have been put into the public domain. I taught courses with Don Beck for ten years, and feel like I can speak with some authority as to what the model says… and more importantly, what it doesn’t say. Here are some materials for people who wish to learn about my understanding of the model.
